Lost Pines Boy Scout Camp (on the LCRA Lost Pines Scout Reservation)
Program for: Boy Scout troops
Winter Camp is a great time to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors, while also earning important advancement on the trail to Eagle. At Lost Pines Boy Scout Camp, our staff is focused on providing the best possible program, including many merit badges that are not normally offered at summer camp. Scouts can also take advantage of nearby Griffith League Scout Ranch for work on Backpacking and Hiking merit badges, as part of a special three day trek. Depending on the weather, Scouts might earn their Polar Bear camping award. Special training opportunities are also available during camp for Scouts who want to be Den Chiefs, serve as Chaplain’s Aides or start organizing their Eagle Scout project.
For more information, contact the Camp Director, Ed Willis at ewillis@bsamail.org or 512-308-2710 (while camp is in session - 512-303-0768 and FAX 512-303-0769).
